These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website becontentjo.com and the Becontent Views Tracker application (together, the "Service"), operated by Becontent ("we", "us", "our"), a video content agency based in Amman, Jordan. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

The Becontent Views Tracker is an internal reporting tool. It connects to social media accounts that Becontent manages on behalf of its clients and reads public performance statistics of published videos, such as view counts, in order to produce daily performance reports for Becontent and its clients. The Service does not publish, edit or delete any content, and does not send messages on behalf of any account.

2. Eligibility and authorization

The Service is used only by Becontent staff. An account is connected to the Service only by a person who is authorized to manage that account. Connecting an account confirms that you have the authority to grant read access to its public video statistics.

3. Third-party platforms

The Service uses official APIs provided by third-party platforms, including TikTok, Instagram (Meta) and YouTube (Google). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or changes of third-party APIs.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access accounts you are not authorized to manage, or use the Service in violation of any applicable law or platform policy.

5. Revoking access

You may disconnect an account at any time by revoking the application's access in the platform's settings (for TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services) or by contacting us. After access is revoked, the Service stops collecting data for that account.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reported statistics depend on data returned by third-party platforms and may differ from figures shown in those platforms' own interfaces.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Becontent is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
